We all have weaknesses – but admitting them can be tough. However, hiring managers are looking for candidates who are honest and self-aware. They want to know that you’re aware of your shortcomings and are working on improving them.
- “I’m not sure if I’m ready to make a commitment.”
This is a huge red flag for employers. They want to see that you’re excited about the opportunity and ready to commit to it long-term. If you’re not sure, it’s better to wait until you are before applying for the job.
